If you're in the market for a condominium in downtown Miami, you're going to have a hard time settling on one as the remarkable options continue to grow seemingly at the blink of an eye.
Not to be outdone by other luxury car brands, Bugatti is taking a position in Brickell with the Bugatti Residences Miami, the marque’s first branded residence in the United States.
In partnership with Prosper Group and Belgium-based Versluys Group, the project will bring Bugatti’s philosophy of Art de Vivre to Miami’s riverfront and join the likes of Aston Martin in adding an automotive theme to the Magic City's skyline.
The development will occupy one of the last waterfront parcels in Brickell, positioned along the Miami River with easy access to Biscayne Bay. It's also close to Miami’s financial district and the Brickell City Centre, where the Magic City's dining, art, and cultural scenes come together.
The new development follows Binghatti's unveiling of the Bugatti Residences in Dubai and marks the next stage of the brand’s move into residential real estate. The Miami project will translate Bugatti’s design philosophy into architecture, interiors, and services that align with the marque's hypercars.
Given how competitive the Brickell real estate market is, it is no surprise the project brings together a star team of developers and designers to win buyers over. Prosper Group is contributing its perspective on Miami’s high-end real estate market, while Belgian developer Versluys Group brings more than a century of craftsmanship and development experience.
Brandon Haw Architecture will lead the architecture, while Yabu Pushelberg will take care of the interiors. Bugatti will oversee the broader creative vision to ensure the residences align with the company’s emphasis on individuality, craftsmanship and quality.
Beyond its design, Bugatti Residences Miami is being conceived around a comprehensive approach to residential service. Rhodium has been appointed as the exclusive global residential operating partner for the development. The company will oversee an ownership experience centered on personalized service, discretion and operational management, including a butler service.
For Bugatti, the project extends a philosophy that has defined the marque since Ettore Bugatti founded the company in Molsheim, France, in 1909. The concept of Art de Vivre places design, craftsmanship and experience within a single environment, bringing the same attention to detail associated with Bugatti’s hypercars into a residential setting.
Bugatti Residences Miami brings together brilliant architecture, exquisite interiors, polished craftsmanship, and first-class service as a unified expression of the brand. It fits in with many other 'new -wave' residential high-rise projects in the city. The offering is scheduled to launch to customers in 2027.
