For those who love surfing but find themselves far from ocean waves, the days of longing for perfect swells are over. Enter LIND, the cutting-edge electric surfboard company that's making it possible to surf anywhere - whether on a tranquil lake, a private yacht marina, or a winding river.
With LIND's electric surfboards, riders no longer depend on natural wave conditions; instead, they control their speed, turns, and glides at the push of a button.
While several electric surfboards are on the market, LIND has carved out its niche with an artistic twist. The company caught our attention at the 2024 Cannes Yachting Festival, where we spoke to its executives about the technology and vision behind their boards.

Since then, LIND has showcased its surfboards at the Monaco Yacht Show and Art Basel Miami, highlighting its fusion of high-performance engineering and artistic customization.
The LIND Canvas board is set to launch in the 2025 season. The Canvas boards are the company's main product, following the limited-edition Art boards created in collaboration with Oceanic Global and 12 renowned artists. The Art Board collection essentially turned each surfboard into a floating work of art.
Among the standout designs is a floral-inspired board by artist Jessica Kayll, which took two months to create. It exemplifies the limitless possibilities of LIND's electric surfboards as an innovative mode of transportation and a form of self-expression on the water.

On March 20, we had the opportunity to see these boards in action at LIND's Palm Beach location, where the city's pristine Intracoastal waters and vibrant yachting culture provided the perfect backdrop.
Watching an expert rider effortlessly glide across the water was mesmerizing. She hailed from Sweden (LIND's home country) and when I remarked, "You have the best job in the world, don't you?" she smiled in agreement
What struck me most was the board's speed and agility. Despite its power, the rider maneuvered with absolute ease, carving through the water with a sense of pure freedom. It was a new way to experience movement on water.

LIND's boards are visually stunning and engineered for convenience and safety. Unlike other electric surfboards, which can be cumbersome and complex, LIND's design is tool-less, fully modular, and easy to transport.
Weighing just 7 kg (15 lbs), the board can be carried under one arm. The battery and jet system fit neatly into a custom-designed backpack. Setup takes less than one minute, allowing seamless transitions from home to the water.
Advanced safety sensors ensure the board only operates when properly positioned in the water, preventing accidents.

For luxury travelers, yacht owners, and watersport enthusiasts, LIND is redefining what it means to engage with the water. Whether exploring the Mediterranean on a superyacht, enjoying a five-star resort's exclusive water experiences, or cruising along the Palm Beach coastline, LIND's electric surfboards offer an exhilarating and stylish way to ride.
With its fusion of technology, sustainability, and artistry, LIND is revolutionizing the very essence of surfing.
