We've covered lots of Sunseeker yachts here. These include the 120, the 131, the 76, and a few others. While not as enormous as the 131, the 116 offers a well-rounded package that doesn't compromise on quality or features.

Launched in 2016, the 116 boasts a length of 116 feet and a beam of 24 feet, a size that allows for plenty of amenities, an open-plan layout brimming with space, and, of course, Sunseeker's signature high-quality fittings and glazing. Building upon the foundation of the 115 Sport Yacht, the 116 not only maintained the impressive performance characteristics of its predecessor but also introduced its own unique flair and upscale amenities.

Guests are welcomed aboard the 116 via a generously sized aft beach platform equipped with a hydraulic system for easy access to and from the water. A large tender garage can comfortably accommodate a 565 tender and two jet skis. Flanking the garage, a pair of stairs leads up to the cockpit, which features a U-shaped sofa encircling a neat coffee table.

Main Deck

In typical Sunseeker style, sliding steel and glass doors welcome you into the main deck saloon. Armed with neutral shades and contemporary fittings, the area features a pair of three-seater sofas facing each other and flanked by a quartet of coffee chairs, all concentrated in the middle of the saloon and surrounding a lovely coffee table.

Moving forward, a ten-seater dining table is on par to offer guests the perfect indoor dining spot. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views and bathe the saloon in natural light.

A passageway to the right leads to the luxurious full-beam master cabin where a large bed facing a flatscreen TV takes center stage. You'll be pleased with the cabin's well-thought-out double-access bathroom, full-height glazing, walk-in closets, pleasant dressing table, and subtle lighting.

Upper Deck

The passageway mentioned above also features stairs ascending to the boat's wheelhouse. Unique to this collection, a fully equipped wheelhouse sits between the flybridge and the main deck, offering a raised spot for better navigation.

The upper deck's bow area serves as an additional outdoor leisure spot, furnished with sofas, a coffee table, sunbeds, and a jacuzzi.

Flybridge

The remarkable flybridge, outfitted with a retractable canvas, is designed with a secondary helm station at the front and a mini wet bar featuring a fridge and an icemaker. Centrally located is a spacious seating area, hosting an L-shaped sofa on the port side and a U-shaped sofa on the starboard. Towards the aft, there's a notably large sun pad, perfect for lounging and enjoying the sun.

Lower Deck

Descending to the lower deck reveals four elegantly appointed cabins: two twin and two VIP, each boasting its own en-suite and ample storage space. The deck also houses the crew cabins, three in number, with lodging for up to 5 crew members.

Engine and Performance

The Sunseeker 116 Yacht is powered by twin MTU engines delivering up to 5,280 PS. It boasts a top speed of 26 knots and a maximum range of 1,500 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 12 knots.

While it's by no means the most impressive at Sunkseeker's yard, the 116 yacht offers a bit of everything: a refined design, spacious room, and top-notch performance. Add to that its luxurious appointments, and you have a truly impressive boat.
