Princess F55 - Another Great F Class Addition

If you've followed yachts for a while, you'll know how popular Princess' F class is. A winner of multiple awards, the series is loved for its sleek design, great performance, and luxurious appointments. Announced in April, the F55 continues the British builder's impressive streak of wonderful flybridges promising speed, comfort, and style in a package that shouldn't cost a fortune. As is the case with many of their Yachts, the F55 is designed by Princess Design Studio in close collaboration with naval architects Olesinski.
With a length of 17.68 meters and a width of 4.87 meters, the F55 isn't the biggest boat in the F Class lineup, but it more than makes up for it with clever use of space and a slew of innovative layout options.
You're welcomed aboard the F55 via the neatly configured Aft platform. Given its size, not much goes on here except for some storage and a nice little shower area. It's nevertheless the only place on the yacht where you can come into contact with the sea and it is as welcoming as you would ever need.

From the boat's bathing platform, a pair of gates provide access to the cockpit where you'll find a U-shaped sofa with a neat folding teak table; a perfect spot for outdoor dining and socializing.

Straight ahead, a large sliding glass door is all there is between the cockpit and the lounge, a feature that spans across most of Princess' yachts. In addition to easing movement between the two areas, the glass door ensures that there's a feeling of continuity and helps occupants inside the lounge area get a 360-degree view of their surroundings.
A step inside the lounge reveals a well-laid-out galley. This comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare a meal including an induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer, and plenty of storage space.
The main deck salon is light and airy with huge windows, expansive sitting, soft fabric finishes, and hand-stitched detailing. A large U-shaped sofa with a foldable table in its center sits opposite a second two-seater sofa, while the main helm station is neatly tacked away in the right-hand corner to give occupants plenty of seating options.

Below deck, the Princess F55 features three staterooms including a full-beam master suite with an ensuite bathroom, a VIP guest stateroom, and a twin cabin. All three rooms have expansive hull windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Just like the lounge, the three cabins are appointed with the finest materials and come with plenty of storage space to ensure that you have everything you need while onboard.

Heading up, the Princess F55's flybridge is where you'll want to spend most of your time aboard. Gorgeous views, huge spaces, and plenty of seating make it the perfect spot for outdoor relaxation and socializing.
To starboard, a huge L-shaped sofa with a folding teak table sits next to a smaller U-shaped sofa. Portside, you'll find the boat's second helm station equipped with a pair of seats and navigation gadgetry of its own.
