Villa Coachella

Saint Tropez is known as the summer destination for A-listers and the jet set. There’s no shortage of 5-star hotels and fine-dining restaurants to ensure a wonderful vacation in this charming Mediterranean resort town. Beyond the high-profile parties, yacht cruises, and dining at the world-famous Cafe Senequier, choosing to stay in a villa is the best way to enjoy Saint Tropez.

However, unlike a hotel, you may not have room service at the villa, and that may be a deal breaker for many. But there are villa options offering services comparable to what you’ll get in any 5-star hotel, and there’s a new one worth considering.

Perhaps you've heard of HighStay. It's best known for offering serviced luxury apartments in Paris' prime neighborhoods. These include Saint Honoré, Le Marais, and Champs-Élysées.

There’s no reason to settle for small spaces in luxury hotel rooms or suites when you can enjoy all the glamour of Paris in a fully serviced apartment. Building on its strong presence in the City of Light, HighStay is now offering an opulent villa in the beautiful coastal village of Saint Tropez. Its name? Villa Coachella.

We have an upcoming list of amazing villas on the French Riviera, and Villa Coachella makes a strong case for being added to that list. Believe it when we say few places in the area can match what you’ll be treated to here.

Why does this villa earn such high marks? First of all, you won’t need to worry about space. The 700 sq m villa has 9 bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to eighteen guests.

Once you step into the villa, you’ll be impressed by the understated yet elegant finishes. It’s the work of high-profile Paris-based interior designer Stephane Parmentier. It features custom finishes inspired by contemporary art and aviation. Speaking of art, there’s a generous selection of wooden sculptures and a curated art collection.

The bedrooms are between 25 to 60 sq m each, with an en-suite bathroom with neutral colors and exquisite hardware for the sinks, shower, and bathtubs. It goes without saying that each bedroom is equipped with luxury mattresses and luxury-hotel-quality linens.

Naturally, you should watch a movie or two during your vacation. For that, there’s a home theater room with seven leather cinema seats and walls decorated with black and white photographs, each illuminated with its own art light. The room has a starlit ceiling and a nearby foosball table, just in case the movie you select isn't quite as good as you expected.

Of course, one key requirement for an unforgettable vacation is the very best of fine dining. The villa has a nicely equipped kitchen with direct access to the living area. It’s perfect for cooking for the family or entertaining guests.

If you’re looking to host a party, the 50 sq m kitchen in the basement is the place to put things together for a soirée that’ll keep your guests talking long after the vacation. Also available is a private spa with a hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi.

That wonderful Mediterranean weather begs you to spend a lot of time outdoors, and Villa Coachella makes it even harder to resist. There’s a generous amount of outdoor living space, including a dining area that’s perfect for alfresco dining.

If you’d rather not go to the beach for a swim, you can take a dip in the 30-meter heated pool lined with beach-club quality lounge chairs and enjoy the pool house and kitchenette for the perfect home away from home experience.

There’s also an outdoor gym, boccia course, vineyard, and a barbecue area equipped with all a pro chef needs to cook delectable Mediterranean cuisine.

So what about the first-class services? HighStay kicks it up a notch in this villa. With a promise to offer an unforgettable bespoke experience, the villa's services include daily housekeeping, a private chef (you certainly don’t want to take on that pro kitchen yourself), a villa manager and concierge service, a chauffeur, butler, and night security.

The only thing you won't have on the property is a beach, but there’s no shortage of that in Saint Tropez.
