Supercar driving in Miami

Miami Exotic Auto Racing may just be the city's best-kept secret. Before our visit, we'd been watching it closely and delaying a trip over there until they had a better fleet. Well, the time finally came, and it was time to pack our bags. Operating at Homestead Miami Speedway and Palm Beach International Raceway with a collection of modern supercars, you're in for a treat here. But is this provider able to play with the big boys?

Cars

This provider has a respectable line up of supercars. These include a Lamborghini Huracan Performante, Ferrari 488 GTB, and the McLaren 570S. No race cars, but we’re not complaining. There’s enough here to compete with most providers around the world.

Customer Care

The customer service is excellent with friendly staff and instructors. The online ordering system needs work, though. You have to pay and wait for an email conversation to confirm the date of your experience. It’s the least complete ordering system we’ve encountered.

Safety

A satisfactory safety briefing is given before the driving session. There are a set of standard safety measures we expect at driving experiences, and this provider has them all covered. These include experienced instructors, well-maintained cars, helmets, etc. No corner-cutting. You'll be in good hands here.

Race Track

Our experience was on the road track at the Homestead Miami Speedway. The track is certainly comparable to tracks used by other providers except for the ones who offer experiences at GP tracks.

Damage Liability

Full insurance with no deductible is included in the price you pay for the experience.

Experience Video

The quality is acceptable, and it has less branding than a lot of other experiences. Try to view the video before leaving if possible. We were given the wrong video initially but the provider more than made up for the error by offering a redo of the experience.

Bottom Line

Miami Exotic Auto Racing delivers a great experience that we can easily recommend. The ordering system has been updated since our visit, and the customer service earns it good points. However, compared to the big boys, it falls short when it comes to its collection of cars and availability. Overall it’s a great experience, but you have to plan carefully, especially if you’re visiting from out of town.
