Just in time for the release of the new 007 movie “No Time to Die”, Aston Martin just announced two new 007 limited edition cars: The Aston Martin Vantage 007 and the DBS Superleggera 007.

The cars are designed by the company’s bespoke division; Q by Aston Martin and come with special 007 themed perks and treats. The Vantage 007 pays homage to the movie The Living Daylights while the DBS Superleggera pays homage to the movie No Time To Die.

The new No Time to Die movie will be released in November and will feature at least 4 of the most impressive cars in the company’s portfolio, including; the DB5, the vintage Aston Martin V8, the DBS Superleggera, and the yet to be released Valhalla.

Speaking about the new cars, Marek Reichman VP Aston Martin says: “Creating a 007 Edition is always an exciting challenge as we work to develop and style a car that embodies the legend of James Bond.”

He adds: “It is an honor to apply carefully judged 007-inspired styling to our sports cars, which gives our customers the opportunity to own a unique piece of both cinematic and automotive history.”

The DBS Superleggera 007 will ship with a 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged powertrain that produces a whopping 715 bhp and 900 Nm of torque, the most torque of any Aston Martin street-legal car ever produced. Engine and performance stats of the Vantage 007 were not released.

Design-wise, the Vantage 007 is largely inspired by the iconic Aston Martin V8 which featured in the 1987 007 movie The Living Daylights. Some of the unique movie-inspired design cues on the car include a “bespoke” mesh grille with chrome bezels at the front and a dashed yellow diffuser at the back. The car will come sprayed in Cumberland Gray paint.

On the inside, the Vantage 007’s cabin comes filled with leather and dark chrome stylings with the car’s center console featuring 007 brandings. The car’s seats are reminiscent of those found in the iconic Aston Martin V8.

On the other hand, the DBS Superleggera 007 will come wrapped in special Ceramic Gray paint. Parts of the car like the roof, splitter, diffuser, mirror caps, and rear Aeroblade will come in black tinted carbon fiber. Special Black diamond 21” inch wheels and a chrome 007 badge at the back also come as standard.

The DBS Superleggera’s interior features a dark theme, almost completely covered in dark leather complimented by red stitching and accents. 007 branding is visible all around the interior with the car’s door cards, armrests, and rear speakers all sporting the iconic logo.

Only 100 units of the Vantage 007 edition will be up for grabs with each costing approximately $210,000.

The DBS Superleggera 007 will be more exclusive, as only 25 units will be made, and each will carry a $370,000 price tag. Of course, the car will feature a still-plate showing the car’s number out of the 25.

Orders are already open, with deliveries expected to commence in early 2021.
